After Care Program

This is a stage in Onesimo program wherein the youth are now either reunited with their families/guardians, placed out of employment, enrolled back to school, released from being dependent on OFI. The focus here is more on self-reliance, responsible living, and service to others.

Since the client has to live after he is reintegrated into his family or outside the residential program, Onesimo has devised a threefold program to meet his basic needs. We recognized the inability of the client to provide for his own needs since the OFI has solely shouldered all his personal expenses during his long stay in Onesimo. Thus, during the Reintegration period, we have enhanced and trained them of whatever skills and talents they possess.

TARGET BENEFICIARIES

The graduate of the three-phase program of Onesimo is the priority of the program. It means those who stayed in the center and have undergone a two-year training program.

Those who have stayed with us until after the junior consolidation phase. It means they stayed with us for one and a half years.
