Its Mission therefore is…
To reach, rehabilitate, equip and mobilize urban poor youth for the transformation of their families and communities that advance the values of the kingdom of God.
As such its Goal, therefore, is that…
At the end of the next three to five years, at least 1,500 urban poor youth shall have been served through the various programs and services of ONESIMO and showed psycho-social, economic and spiritual development.
